Dr. Parker has been recognized as the 2022 and 2023 CIAA Coach of the Year,
while leading his team to the 2023 CIAA Championships. His team has also been
included in the top 25 national rankings for the past two years. Dr. Parker is the
bestselling author of “Stronger Than Pride” a book where he shares his story of his
journey to manhood.
In addition to his remarkable career on the football field, Dr. Parker is a Board of
Trustee member with the American Football Coaches Association, one of the
largest associations in the United States and is also the Founder and President of
Home Team Foundation INC, a not-for-profit which helps underprivileged athletes
reach their full potential. His foundation has impacted the youth in Virginia, North
Carolina and Washington, DC.
